On January 2, 2017 and January 22, 2017, Albany, Georgia was devastated by severe weather. In response, the Lee County School System “Live To Give” fundraiser has been established to benefit those who were affected by the storms and tornadoes. Having strong ties to Albany, it is our honor and privilege to come to the aid of our neighbor. The Lee County School System will be accepting monetary donations at any of the schools located within our district.
The school system is accepting donations of cash and/or gift cards. No personal checks please. The donation deadline is February 16, 2017 and the 4th period that raises the most money will receive a pizza party.
