Would you want to be locked in a cage and be tested on? I’m 99.9% sure your answer was no. If you don’t want to be tested on, then why test on animals? What did they do to deserve that kind of treatment?
Drugs, hair products, makeup, etc. are tested on animals. Over one million animals a year die from animal testing. These animals do not deserve to be treated this way.
Did you know that 92% of drugs successfully tested in animals end up failing in the human body? If the tests pass on animals but fail on humans than what is the point in making the animals suffer when it doesn’t even help?
Look at it in an animal’s point of view. You would not want to be tested on or experimented on.
Instead of testing on animals, we could get human volunteers. I know that sounds crazy, but there are people out there in the world that would help to find a cure for diseases by volunteering.
When you buy a product, you should look and see if it is tested on animals. Some products say whether or not they have used animals to test them. However, some may not.
Animal testing is overall a bad thing and should be stopped.
